State Level Team RS Chaurasia of Amauli CHC, State Consultant QA and Dr. Mohammed Hasnain, District Consultant QA Rejuvenation of Community Health Center Amouli Maintenance, Sanitation and Hygiene Infection Control, Management of Seven Thematic Area Hospitals, Checklist of Virtual Eversal Assurance Government of India , Hygiene Promotion, Support Services, Hospital Beyond Boundary. Interviews related to training of all medical officers, pharmacists, lab technicians, staff nurses, sanitation workers and maintenance of records were done. The presentation of the hospital was done through a virtual platform through PPT by Medical Superintendent Dr. Pushkar Katiyar. Which was praised by the state level team. The intention was to get NQAS Sartification done to the hospital. The Medical Superintendent appreciated the cooperation and handholding given by Dr. Ehtheran Hussain, District Advisor Quality Assurance Fatehpur and Dr. Hafeez Ahmed, Hospital Quality Manager for its preparation. Dr. Upasana, Dr. Sandeep, Pharmacist Anil Shukla, Girish Uttam, Staff Nurse Rashmi, Sarika, BPM Abhay Singh, Om Prakash, Manish Kumar Tiwari, LT Vikas, Jageshwar, Amit Mishra etc. were present on the occasion.
