Amauli: In friendship, there is no caste, religion, high-low, poverty-rich. There is no deceit, treachery in friendship. Friendship is above every relationship. Lord Krishna himself has exemplified this by discharging his friendship with Sudama. This was told by narrator Sonika ji while preaching in the Shrimad Bhagwat Katha running in Bamburihapur village of Amauli development block. The Shrimad Bhagwat Katha is being organized by Rajkumar Patel. In which hundreds of devotees are thronging every day.
Katha Vyas Sonika ji gave a fascinating reading of the character Shri Krishna and Sudama in such a way that the tears started flowing from the eyes of the people. He also taught many lessons in the story. He recounts the story of the friendship between Krishna and Sudama, that while grazing a cow once in the ashram of Guru Sandipani, Sudama ate a gram of Krishna’s share. Due to this, he had to face poverty for a long time. They said
If someone cheats on his friend. So he has to bear the brunt of it here. He said that God keeps an eye on our movements of every moment. He said that friendship should always be played like Krishna. Lord Sri Krishna helped his friend Sudama by recognizing his need, and without asking for it. On this occasion, he called upon everyone to maintain the sanctity of this relationship. At the same time, a variety of tableaux were presented by the artists of Bamburihapur. Shweta, Rakhi Patel’s beautiful tableau presented. On seeing this, the audience got overwhelmed. Seeing the performance of Vijay, a comedian from the village, got swayed. Director of the program Sanjay Patel expressed his gratitude towards the devotees who came.
